I’m after a modern, minimalist identity built around cool blue-green tones that immediately signals sophistication and a seaside focus.There is no name or brand yet so all ideas welcome. Here’s what I need: • A fresh logo in full-colour, mono, and responsive variants, supplied as scalable vector files. • A concise typography system that pairs clean, legible fonts for headings, sub-headings, and body text. • A small, cohesive icon set that reflects both our coastal lifestyle and our twin services—property management and sales. • A short style guide that pulls the above elements together and shows basic usage examples. • Print-ready invitation and brochure templates (ideal sizes: A5 invitation, tri-fold or bi-fold brochure) in both CMYK and RGB, layered and fully editable in Illustrator or InDesign. Keep everything consistent with the minimalist aesthetic: plenty of white space, restrained colour accents, and crisp geometric lines. Final files should include AI/INDD (or equivalent), high-res PDFs, and web-optimised VECTOR assets so my team can roll out the new look across digital and print channels without extra conversion work. If you have a portfolio that shows similar upscale, pared-back work—especially for real estate or hospitality—please share it when you reach out.

CH, you need to watch out, most entries are going to be AI generated, 99% AI, these scammers will post HUNDREDS of AI images each but you can spot them, watch out for them dropping all entries super fast. Keep in mind a hand crafted design takes time to create, so multiple different entries in a row is impossible. The easiest way to spot them is typing their name into 'Search Entries' so you can see their pattern of spamming and how fast they are posting entries. ALWAYS SEARCH NAMES. I can not stress this enough, every single entry you like the look of, SEARCH NAME. ALSO PLEASE NOTE!!! AI-generated images lack copyright protection, permitting any third party to copy the design and could lead to future legal disputes over ownership or usage rights.
