Can someone help me design a deck and what it would look like? I made a rough sketch from an ariel view. Please use the attached photos for reference. If selected, we would like to work with you further in another private project to handle dimensions and building plans.

I'm interested since you mentioned there will be another project
1) If you don't have a survey plan, please give at least the address of the house and we'll get the approximate dimensions from there. Also, I'll need approximate ceiling heights and deck width.
2) As far as I understood the staircase is for connecting the ground level to the deck, which is on the 3rd-floor level. Please confirm these.
3) What are the causes the one step up on the side elevation?

  hello, we don't have a survey plan, however, exact measurements are not required right now, just concept designs. If there is one we like, then we can move forward as part of the second project to get sizes.
  
  2) the stairs will connect the 2nd floor deck to the ground floor.
  
  3) electrical runs on the side, as such the side of the deck needs to be elevated approximately 1 or 2 steps up.
  
  4) we aren't sure yet about those.
  
  5) The very top are bedrooms, the second floor is kitchen, entry way, living room. The deck is only accessible via the stiars from the outside, or the 2nd floor door.
  
  6) yes we are very interested. Right now this project is just for the concept designs. After which we would like to work with the designer if they can to provide plans and construction documents

  we do not have measurements at this time. That will all be handled in a second project. Right now we are concerned with concept designs. Things do not need to be perfectly accurate.
