I need someone to either design a motherboard for me from scratch or work with the one that i have started designing in eagle. I would prefer the design to be made in eagle but other cad software's are OK too.

the dimensions of the board should be in approximately a 2:1 ratio and can be any size smaller than 154/77mm. The board should be as thin as possible

All of the ports should be along the edge of the board and facing parallel to the pcb even including the pcie x16. Only the Sodimm and m.2 connectors should not.

The camera should be on the back side of the pcb facing downwards

The board should have:
1x nano sim card slot
1xM.2 PCIE for NVME SSD
1xM.2 PCIE for sierra wireless cellular modem and gps (AirPrime® EM7455 M2M Module)(https://www.sierrawireless.com/products-and-solutions/embedded-solutions/products/em7455/)
1x pcie x16 port
1x Sodimm DDR4 slot Up to 16gb support
camera #of mp>=12mp
on off button
wifi transceiver
Bluetooth
2x USBC Thunderbolt 3 ports
IMU
audio jack
microphone
speakers
3 variants (FCLGA 2011 V3 socket with X99 chipset)(FCLGA1151 with H170 chipset) The third one is the least priority i would prefer the other two versions first. (FCLGA2066 with X299 chipset)

Have queries regarding the post. 1. Is the schematic design complete. If so , Which tool is used? 2. I have 13 years of experience in PCB layout design using PADS and Allegro. Can PADS tool be used for layout design?

  I made the files in eagle cad and the zip also contains eagle libraries for the LGA 2011V3 socket as well as the X99 chip-set.
