In the attached file there are 4 worksheets. With the worksheet matrix 5x5-3x3 I would like someone to produce an algorithm if possible, to do the following:
Milestone 1 $60.00
Segment 1
Take the elements that are placed in Matrix 1A and distribute in the remaining matrices with red borders. However, the sum of elements must be the same sum as the elements that exist in Matrix1A. The elements will not be the same but the sum of the elements is what will remain the same but not necessarily in the same order.
A message box should be displayed asking if elements can appear in same row or column. If no then the same element cannot be in the same row or column across the range of the matrices with red borders. If yes elements can appear in the same row or column.
Segment 2
Would then like to reproduce the same procedure on the Matrix 6x6 -3x3 with the exception that each column and row with in the matrix must contain at least one element that has a valued from 1 to 10.

At this point I would like pause to analyze the after which we continue and reproduce the same procedure on the worksheets matrix 5x5- 5x5 and 6x6-6x6

-> The result sets of (5x5 or 6x6) would be (3x3, 5x5 and 6x6) am I correct ?
-> This algorithm is quite complex so you need to spend some extra bucks.
