I want to put together a tender proposal/ mission statement for a building management company i would like it to include the following.

Mission statement. outlining our brands intentions such as keeping developments value high and clean insuring all maintenance is kept to the highest standard possible

items we will take care of being the building manager such as cleaning, pest control, fire saftey gardening, managing waste removal and anything else related to building management.

I found some information on the internet to help Maintaining a safe environment with proper lighting, signage, and disability access
Drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures
Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems
Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services
Contracting professionals for repairs as needed
Ensuring that occupants are provided with proper utilities
Monitoring building maintenance budgets
Arranging for building improvements
Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs
Supervising grounds staff
Hiring employees or contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property
Providing training for building employees as needed
Evaluating employee performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training to ensure proper maintenance of the building
Scheduling contractors and employees
Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants
Assisting with emergency response and evacuations
Maintaining records of tenants
Inspecting the building frequently for signs of damage or wear

Our building management firm is linked with the property developer it is in our best interest to keep our buildings clean and maintained because we want our jobs to reflect the hard work and effort we put into building it, often we see beautiful buildings look terrible after their first year due to poor management and we do not want that for our buildings it is not a reflection of the way we build our product, and we want our buildings to look as good as they did the day they were finished

we are using an app called myboss for the management I would like some information about that, the app allows residents live information about what is going on in the building they can register issues and concerns and get answers diligently.

The managment company boasts over 40 years of research and development and building knowledge. With the owners of developments best interest in mind.

At this time I want something in a pamphlet for with all the information about our company easy and clear to read with maybe diagrams and images to support what we want to achieve

I want people to have a general understanding of what we do and be impressed at the same time our company our company values honesty diligence professionalism respect

Dear sir, you have not mentioned your company name and logo for incorporating in the Mission statement design. IF IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE PUT IN, THEN I DID NOT UNDERSTAND CORRECTLY YOUR REQUIREMENT.
