Project Description

There are 2 parts to this project. Firstly we need you to come up with a design concept for our packaging that can be used across our range of liquid timers & ooze tubes.There are around 10 items in the range. You will need to specify fonts , colours , style etc.

The second part of the project is to take that design concept and apply it to 3 items. We will provide die lines and need you to come up with completed artwork in the formats specified. All items must carry our logo , product description , UPC , Product warnings etc etc.
Full details to be confirmed for each item once we have finalised the design concept.

Background Information

The packaging must be attractive to kids and eye-catching for parents. IT must have good shelf appeal and stand out amongst many other similar products.

The products consists of a clear acrylic outer shell in different shapes which is filled with 2 types of liquid. The liquid runs from top to bottom at varying speeds depending on the item. One of the liquids is heavier than the other and demonstrates scientific principle known as viscosity.

These items belong to a family of products that are often used to help calm or distract children. They are highly visual products and are good for distracting and calming children including special needs children.

These items HELP IMPROVE VISUAL TRACKING SKILLS. The descending bubbles and the mix of two soft colored bubbles have a soothing and mesmerizing effect that will keep kids entertained for hours.
STUDIES SHOW THAT VISUAL INPUT THAT IS SLOW AND RHYTHMIC have a very calming effect and actually help kids with sensory or hyperactivity issues calm down and remain focused for longer periods of time.
