Opis Konkursu

We generate PDF reports outlining some basic information of a student for a particular term and academic year. The report will normally show a students name, class, reference number (e.g. NO-14-2017 in the attached sample), etc, as well as various subjects outlining their performance.
(Kindly note that while only 5 subjects are shown in the template, the subjects are usually around 10.)

We are looking for alternative and more interesting ways of presenting this same information.

We would like a redesign that retains the information in the attached template but is a bit more stylish or visually appealing.

Feel free to add any colours (or not) and move the information around in any way you see fit.

Based on received entries, i feel we need to make a clarification here:
We really do not want another design that looks almost like what we already have with a few colours changed. We actually have a few samples like that already. If you choose, the report doesn't even have to be tabular. Something a bit radical, or non-traditional or outside the box is what we are looking for.
