Work on a new layout and 3D walkthrough and a base on the (attachment layout size 1.)
- Have an office signature signage somewhere near the entrance ( attached file 2)
-Its an office setting ( Could be modern design/ cosy/ industrial )subject to your creativity
-Open concept work area
-with one small private/ phone booth/ meeting "glass" room discussion room size accommodate.
- demolished off the existing service area and also meeting room area
- Even toilet needs a new design
- Have two huge lock cabinets up to the wall for filling( papers) purpose
- Beware of the huge pillar which is fix structure in the layout

Number of people 36 to accommodate out of which:-
- With a fixed of 12 people space table of 900x600mm per person.
- Fix table of 8 people 1200X600mm per person
- 6 people mobile station
