I need a Wordpress Template for a personal blog. It is a personal blog about current events, opinion, reflection on issues of social and public interest. I would like to give a modern and intuitive design, professional looking. In the header or in a sidebar, I would like to have the option of using a personal image, I need to change that image periodicaly from the backend. If you can build a themler or artisteer 4 template could be better for me.
Should be a customizable template and responsive design, should include different screen formats and mobile devices.

Must contain modules for:
Personal image.
Social networks
Last post
Last tweets
Last comments.
