I need a logo design with a background using dark colors like the samples.

The title to use is "Resell-Club". The business is internet marketing with products like eBooks and videos. You can use "Internet Marketing" or other business/marketing related words in the design.

The background does not have to be on wood. Dark metal textures, gradients, or marketing related word art would be good.

The logo should be a vector in Adobe Illustrator. The combined background and logo should be very high resolution and layered in Photoshop. Do not use action scripts or other logo generators.
