Floor plan/interior ideas for gaming business

Looking for some ideas of what a floor plan arrangement would be like for a gaming business. Does not have to be perfect, just looking for ideas and setups to use. Definitely use your imagination and ideas please. Open to interpretation and other rooms too. Award budget will probably increase too the more i see things.

But these must be included in no specific order:
laser tag area (at least 3000 sq ft)
food court area and pizza buffet area with seating
common area for sitting , watching tv, etc
gaming area(s) - main gaming area 24 gaming systems
also smaller gaming rooms for teams to play in
rooms for children to play in with various themes (legos, trains, etc)
lobby area
office area
maybe a few extra rooms
expansion available?
ball pit area
kids play area with tunnels, tubes, etc
movie/theater room with at least seating for up to 25 people but as little as half that too
there will also be 12 virtual reality sets that people will use to play on - vr bases are 60" in diameter
shop area to sell things at
possibly stairs that go to roof area for parties, grilling, etc.
would like to possibly have enough room, perhaps in main area?, to turn it into a court on off days. there would be basketball hoops on both sides that could be used.

I know this is vague but I'm looking for ideas. Will probably update this at times too. Thanks for competing!

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that I am planning on submitting an entry to this contest within the next few days. I have some really creative, functional, and unique ideas. I just wanted to know if the entry has to be in a CAD format, because I do not have experience or access to this. I do believe that I would bring a lot to the table however.

Gaming/entertainment center for children and young adults/teenagers. Use your imagination for building and floor plan. Not sure on the amount of employees but not many. Hope that helps! :)

Plot size is whatever you need for now. Just 1 floor and possibly roof access. Though, not opposed to seeing other ideas. But wanted 1 floor with open ceiling, higher ceilings.
