We need a print ad designed for an upcoming publication. We are a software company specializing in vertical market ERP. I have included past sample ads, our corporate brochure and pictures available for use. Please also visit our website for more information and ideas www.shopedgesoftware.com.

We need to include the following design specs:
Preferred format: PDF/X-1A
Size: 4.625" x 7.25"
Other info:
Embed all fonts, images/scans, logos, and artwork
Do not nest PDF files in other PDF files
Limit file name to 24 characters including the extension (.pdf)
Spot colors, Pantone colors, and non-CMYK elements must be converted to CMYK
Use EPS file format for all vector-based artwork. Please convert all text to outlines.
Ads should be built to 100% size with crop marks and bleeds option turned on
If the ad bleeds, extend bleed a minimum of .125" beyond trim
Keep live matter a minimum of .25" inside trim dimensions
