Logo Design Brief
The Logo is a website image for a business that creates electronics and science kits for enthusiasts. Consider using relevant imagery (circuit boards, electronic components, sparks, magnets, mathematical symbols/formulae, screwdriver, screws, robots, machines, microscopes, lasers, wires, bugs) in/around the words (ensure any imagery is royalty free). Note that the target market is not children, but anyone in the range 15-65 who’s enthusiastic about building/making technology.

Create a logo for the site awesome.tech in two layouts: horizontal and block. The horizontal layout shows the full ‘Awesome.Tech’ as one row. The block layout is closer to square, with ‘awesome’ along the top, and the . and ‘tech’ somewhere below. Note the designer can choose to capitalise any part of either words awesome and tech.

Graphic formats required
The winner is required to provide both logo layouts in ALL of the below forms
1 Large High quality JPEG files. Areas of the image which are not integral to the graphic should be filled with a single colour which allows the area to be easily selected via a Magic Wand tool (Paint.NET terminology) without selecting the main graphic.
2 Large High quality PNG file with transparency for areas of the image not integral to the graphic.
3 Your graphics software’s native (vector) file and all accompanying source data required to edit the image. Only mainstream (with a strong preference for free) graphics software file formats are accepted.
