I want an artist that can achieve a parody of Blizzard' Arthas, The Lich King in the artstyle of a comical cereal box art similar to the one attached. This artist used a Korne Warrior from Warhammer 40K in a witty concept of a cereal mascot. Im looking for something whimsically charming as that with Arthas as the mascot.

This design will be used to sell for a POD store so the artist must be okay with this piece being used for commercial use.
