Opis Konkursu

I am looking for a logo that will be both a graphic and text.
The company is "Memories by the Bay"
I am envisioning something with ocean waves, and perhaps the silhouette of a woman looking at the ocean, or bay. The woman could be standing or also possibly sitting on a bench. Other elements in the logo are also an option, but overall I would want it to be clean and simple.
I would need the files as high quality vector, .jpg, and .png
