UPDATE - Still not seeing what we need - This flyer is an invitation - I need place holder areas for financial dinner seminars. Many of the entries are brochures for collateral marketing and I am look for a direct marketing style that is new and that stands out. See our sample please. Then create a style like that with placeholders to contain information like shown on the same. Sizing is requested below.

We need a new design idea for our direct mail campaigns. We have attached a guide and some inspiration to give you direction. Please keep in mind this is an 8.5 x 11 Bi Fold front and back. We do NOT need any verbiage. Use the attached for the place holder information only. We are looking for new elements to separate and highlight the verbiage we have. There are many templates available through I Stock and Adobe but we are wanting something more than circles and linear lines. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS is a full sheet 8.5 x 11 that is folded in half so keep any verbiage away from the fold line.
