Ohlàlà Yoga

can be a pure text logo
can be also an image added to the text "Ohlàlà Yoga" - please NO typical lotus flower or Asana pose. In case you suggest an image, please suggest something that is not common of the door of the yoga center. f.ex. rather a symbolic sign / Sketch of a Sun / Moon/ Light / Sparks of light / Stars / Movement/ Peace, for example. Please keep it minimalistic.

Ohlàlà Yoga
…is teaching Yoga to French speaking people living in Munich; small classes (up to 8 people)
…is premium Yoga individual classes for people wanting private lessons (1-3 people)
Behind Ohlàlà Yoga is one person: me. German woman who grew up with a French education (going to a French school in Munich). Thus, my connection to France is strong.
I am German, born in Munich, but I studied, worked and lived many years in France and French Switzerland. I was working in the international business and now I am a full time Yoga teacher back in Munich. I teach in Yoga Studios. And I give classes to the French community living in Munich. The project is to make this community grow. Also, I would like to teach in luxury hotels. My teaching is fun , lively and deep.

So, this brand “Ohlàlà Yoga” represents to some point me, my French imprinting. However, my offer is not only to French speaking people. But the “French shade” in the brand “Ohlàlà Yoga” shall transmit a message like: “this is a special Yoga”, “this is charming”, “this is exclusive and special” ; "this is individual and international"

COLOR:
Please do not include the colours from the French flag. Which colours are associated with Yoga, exclusivity, peace?

SIMPLICITY
Please, keep the Logo compact and simple. I imagine a game of fonts (ans forms) between the two words "Ohlàlà" and YOGA. I have received already many suggestions that I likes: there the OHLÀLÀ is in a dynamic, lively, "moving" font and the word YOGA rather in a grounding font.

It’s about Yoga, but it’s also about a community feeling.

This is my first version. Once, I have a logo, I might also commission someone to create a website. Therefore - in case we create not only a text logo, but image logo, I imagine a delicate logo in motion (when you open the website, there is some light, delicate movement - for example like three delicate sparks)

    By the way: I would love to see suggestions with spark. Like sparks of light around the "Ohlàlà Yoga". Maybe only three sparks. And I think it became clear that the effect is nice by playing with the size & and type of the fonts of the 2 words. Thank you all for your great input. This platform is a wonderful source of creativity!!

      Dear Engracia, thank you for your comment. It is the first time I am using freelancer. So, even though I understand the word "sealed", I don't understand what this would mean in this context? How do I seale the contest? So far, I haven't seen any suggestion from you, right?

      Well sealing means all entries will be hidden from other freelancers, like Gustovo D did with his entry. If his entry was not hidden, after your last comments, everybody would copy his style/idea

    LOGO or just a dot / spark / game with the words??? I have not decided yet. I like a lot Gustovo D. s logo. It is individual and one can see that he has created it. The image is charming and touches me. there is something. It's not common, not standard. Yet, maybe three sparks of light might also be enough? The suggestions of Groze is going into this direction.... Yet, on first sight, it's not speaking enough to me, like Agistina S. suggestion does. Yet, it is a little bit too playful. i like the "light and fun quality" of the Ohlàlà combined to the "grounded quality" of the word YOGA in her draft.

    SIMPLICITY: I like a lot the simplicity of the versions of Gustavo D. (simple font & black on white) and Groze (simplified O to y with a game of lines). I am realizing that I don't want a common lotus flower, or any yoga posture. Maybe a abstract sketch might be fine. Mohammed S., Agustina S and Groze: all of your suggestions don't show any tipical yoga symbol (I imagine the simplified yoga flower of Mohammed S. was not there ;) - and considering the simplified lotus flower symbol of Mohammed S. I like its simplicity!

    COLOR: I don't undertand why so many designers chose green in their logo? I would like to show that my offer is exclusive. I target people that like minimalist landscape, minimalist lifestyle, because their lifes are already complex enough. So I understand the colour purple, gold, black and white and any shade of greys...
