Opis Konkursu

This may be a fairly large project in time. My first goal is to create a simple example of the portal that the system will include. I will build on that and bend it to the specifics of my business. Generally the project will be a workflow and database system for a large number of projects (1000+/- per year) submitted by about 100 clients to a staff of about 200 people (including various levels of administrative and analytic responsibility) for review and analysis.

I am beginning with the client portal. This will be how clients initially do their project registration and, then, once they have been registered and approved to submit, they can do their project document submission.

To give a bigger view of what the system will entail, the system will also be used 3. help staff review submitted documents, 4. allow staff and clients to communicate and capture those emails and additional documents into the document module, 5 to provide an automated client project status viewer in the portal, 6. a central library of submitted documents (including resubmitted or replaced documents, for all our projects, each folder searchable and with a folder design with a simple Windows Explorer-type interface, 7. a database of approximately 800 data points per project with 9. data forms that will be submitted online though a simple fillable forms (obviously I will want to allow clients to populate the fillable forms via an Excel import into the form, and 8. Various dashboards built in Microsoft BI for staff and managers to track their assigned work and next steps for each of their project tasks.

This task: In HTLM5 or comparable language, provide a straightforward credentialed log-in and a document upload system per the attached simple 6 web page that I have designed in Excel. My goal is to be me maximum flexibility to add or change 1. the list of clients and their level of access, 2. the list of documents to be submitted and 3. the list of my staff who will be assigned to review projects and in turn will have access to the document library and be authorized to review and add comments and upload them in whatever document form they wish.
Feel free to email me. I might choose two "winners" to work with, and pay both. I will be especially impressed by an explanation of why the bidder chooses the coding language, etc. he or she chose, and impressed by any strategic or tactical suggestions as to design or considerations that will allow the rest of the project to be most successful. Keep in mind that I will want to have non-code-writing staff update various parts of the site, such as dropdowns of staff members and clients authorizations, and document lists. and eventually have data exportable with a special interest in Excel.
Thank you. John Bell

I am not seeking to to create something complex, rather simplicity and flexibility is key. I imagine that some of my more expanded project will entail xml. In fact I am readying a small project to replace about 1000 field names that are now undescriptive (e.g., "a4b1") in a couple of existing "fillable forms" with more useful and understandable field names, (e.g., "Street Address 1"). Each such forms will be one of the uploaded documents, and I will be exporting the fields to my database. To be clear, also, having useful descriptions as field names will more easily allow us to complete the forms using an Excel-read-or-created file data import function.

Hello sir, I was thinking that as this is a small part of a very big project so, I was wondering if this software would be deployed on cloud platform or not like AWS, etc. So I was thinking to build this portal so that it can be extended into this big project which will be deployed on the cloud. If the project will be really big in future I would suggest architecture based on MICRO SERVICES pattern. So, what my point is will the system be deployed in the cloud? Can I use MICRO SERVICES pattern if so?

Good Morning (in Washington, DC). Yes, Writing in Golang would be fine. Front end is your choice, Angular probably easiest for later expansion or translation if need be. Thank you. BTW you can find more about me at www.winslowfinancial.com, if you are curious.
