I would like a short animated video or Sketch video with a clear voice in english presenting the attached text. This video will be used to kickoff a contest with company employees in Gas Station and Fast food retail. The attached artwork is the company logo and needs to be in the first of the video and in the bottom corner of the entire video. The video would begin with grabbing the attention of the viewer with three separate quotes:

“If you work just for money, you’ll never make it, but if you love what you’re doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours.” – Ray Kroc

“Successful people are always looking for opportunities to help others. Unsuccessful people are always asking, ‘What’s in it for me?'” – Brian Tracy

“Our greatest asset is the customer! Treat each customer as if they are the only one!” – Laurice Leitao

After the quotes, the title of the program is introduced:

THROUGH THE CUSTOMER’S EYES

Then a series of questions would be asked with the goal of getting the viewer to ponder:

If we were customers helped by ourselves, how would we rate our experience?
Would we find that we have been greeted with a smile or a feeling of being an annoyance?
Would we find an employee that takes pride in their job or one that is there simply to punch in, punch out and get paid?
Would we return based on our experience?

Then the program and grading system will be introduced:

For the remaining quarter, a special focus will be placed on our customer experience “THROUGH THE CUSTOMER’S EYES”. Mystery shoppers will be entering our stores on a regular basis and evaluating performance in the following areas:

Customer Experience:
Are the customers greeted when entering the establishment?
Is the employee giving customers their undivided attention during purchase!
Is the employee friendly and serving with a smile?
Is the employee helpful when asked for assistance?
Is there an employee always at or close by the Sales Desk?

Store Experience:
Is the entry way clean and inviting?
Is the store in good order?
Floor clean of dirt and trash?
Drink station stocked and clean?
Bathrooms clean, smell fresh and stocked?
Does the employee have the correct uniform and badge?

Based on the scoring of the evaluations, the following rewards will be offered for each location:
1st Place- $150 Cash and movie passes for two!
2nd Place- $75 Cash
3rd Place- $50 Cash
