Speed and following instructions are critical for this contest.

We know what we want and how we want it. The first person to achieve the expectation will be awarded contest.

> DELIVERABLES
1) The deliverables are to be 7 graphics of specific size / resolution, delivered in two file formats each (ai and png), all with transparent background (14 files in all). The PNG files must all be submitted as contest entry. The AI files must be provided upon award before monies are released.
2) Five graphics will be banner ratios of progressively larger sizes.
- 360 (w) x 120 (h) pixels
- 502 (w) x 282 (h) pixels
- 900 (w) x 600 (h) pixels
- 1128 (w) x 376 (h) pixels
- 1536 (w) x 768 (h) pixels
3) Two graphics will be logo ratios, one larger than the other
- 2000 (w) x 2000 (h) pixels
- 300 (w) x 300 (h) pixels

> DESIGN
We are taking an existing design and modifying the text only. We want all the graphical elements to be replicated. That means identical colors, shapes, proportions, etc. (Graphic attached)

THE ONLY THING TO CHANGE IN THE DESIGN RELATES TO THE TEXT OTHER THAN HUBZONE!

- Within the thick black rectangular outline, replace "Historically Underutilized Business Zone" with "Chamber of Commerce" fully justified
- Remove "Certified" under the box

> OTHER
- Balance and minimize the surrounding "white space" around the graphic to accomplish the appropriate deliverable sizes while maintaining the graphic proportions.
