I'm currently looking for an artist who can make unique vintage pokemon artworks (poster). It doesn't have to be solely vintage themed but the artwork surrounding the pokemon should make sense (please use Mewtwo as Pokemon).

Here a more detailed idea:
Background/theme: ancient surrounding with pillars on both sides (mewtwo in the middle), hands holding its superpower ball (colour dark violet), the floor has cracks at some spots, ancient writings on the pillars, radiating aura surrounding mewtwo
Text on the poster: #150
Expression of Mewtwo: notorious, arrogant, majestic, powerful
