here is what we do. please come up with appropriate names that might be related to this subject matter.

Hidden Moon Foundation is located in Berkeley, California, USA. We are starting this business as of July 2012. We will provide services to impoverished women and children; primarily focusing in education and job training.
Hidden Moon Foundation is created by a group of young professionals as an alternative means of giving back to the community. After many deliberations of trying to pick a charitable organization through which we can give back, we decided to form our own. We arrived at this conclusion after looking at many options. One thing that always caught our attention was the enormous cost of overhead. This cost in some organizations went as high as 65%. This means that only 35 cents of every dollar is forwarded to the cause. Another deciding factor was the astonishing news that Marsha Evans CEO of Red Cross had nearly doubled her salary in one year going from $265,000 to $450,000 in 2002 and has increased to almost a million in 2009. This is not to pick on them or point fingers as they do a lot of good all around the world. There is just too much bureaucracy and huge overhead in these large organizations.
The differentiating factor in Hidden Moon Foundation is that we will forward 100% of donations collected. This is not to say that the organization will not have any overhead costs. We will have private investors who are picking up the tab on these expenses. We are also looking into getting government grants to help with overhead. We plan on using technology to achieving our goal of forwarding 100%. Technology will allow us to keep our overhead to very small percentage. We plan on using social media to fundraisers online. we will partner with Rotary International to tap in to the energy and creativity of young adults.
Hidden Moon Foundation is aimed at providing support to underprivileged women and children to help them become self-supportive. We would like to focus on education and special projects for women and children by re-allocating resources throughout the world. Educating someone is like planting a seed with a little love and care they will blossom into beautiful individuals. With so many organizations focusing on human needs such as food and shelter, we felt it would be best to focus on the next basic human need, education. Education makes providing for ones-self in the future tangible. As we are just starting out and are committed to forwarding 100% of our donations, we are looking for as much help as we can get, ranging from but not limited to acquiring services at low or no cost and volunteers who can help further our cause. We would like to encourage the global community in helping us reallocated resources.

In the future we aim to become a global leader in providing resources to under privileged children all over the world. In the form of housing and education
