This can be done in the form of in-person interaction or through calls, emails, and now even social media. Customer support involves resolving customer queries, providing information about company offerings, and even tracking incidents and service requests. Aside from fulfilling client needs, customer support is also an important tool for businesses themselves as they are able to resolve and improve their offerings through feedback from their customers.
