My goal is to put an always-on, online vibration-based condition monitoring solution in place for our industrial machinery. The system must continuously read and log RPM, displacement, and acceleration, then publish the data to a web dashboard where trending, thresholds, and automatic alerts can be configured in real time. I already have firmware running on an ESP32-based board that includes an RJ45 RS-485/UART port, two analog inputs, several digital I/Os and a small audio stage that automatically answers a SIP/VoIP call and plays audio through an on-board speaker.
