I am a creditor with over $20,000 in claims against an individual debtor who lives in NYC who also owes significant amounts to other creditors, including his landlord ($180,000 in rent owed). Under this agreement, I would represent my husband in jointly investing in a property with another investor, with my husband being the beneficial owner of his share of the investment while I would only be a nominee shareholder.
