ASP/.NET Image Gallery

I am looking for someone to create a Flickr style image and video gallery for my small site. I do not need the robust tools of Flickr, but I would like to be able to create galleries and upload photos/videos and apply those photos and videos to a specific gallery in a very similar interface to Flickr. I would like to be able to batch upload images, at least 5 at a time, and then apply descriptions. I want to be able to ctrl + select or ctrl + A to select images directly from my computer (browse) For videos, we will use FFMPEG to convert any uploaded videos to FLV, so that technology will need to be implemented into the coding. I also need the front end pages tied in to the backend. The core site pages are already created, with the image and gallery display format already designed. I just need the programming to tie it in. I need this project COMPLETED within 3 days. I will need to see the start of a working sample within the next 24 hours and then a site ready for testing and edits within 48 hours.
