C# Web Login Page protecting Data-Aware Grid

I have an existing ASP.net data grid and an existing .JSP Login Page. I am looking for a streamlined login page visually comparable to our info-web that controls access to a data-grid page that opens after login. The pages must be written in ASP and use C# for controls and database connection. The style must be based on our existing info web. The data-grid must be able to expand to full page. It must also include controls to request specific (pre-programmed) data views; these views and the controls already exist as a very crude asp.net and java page. The project must be completed within no more than 12 days; preferably earlier. Info Web Site: [login to view URL] - this is the style that must be used. In addition all code should be ASP.net with C#. Login Site: The existing Login site is a JSP page; it must be re-created in ASP.net / C#. The existing site is [login to view URL] It is very simple; the user enters a username, and a password and this is submitted to an existing MSSQL procedure. The code written should include a dummy SQL Connection (called DBConn) and a dummy SQL Procedure call containing Client IP Number, Screen Resolution (as 1280x1024), Username and Password, and client machine Time Zone (as -4). The return from the procedure contains 1 row with 4 cells; a success indicator, a name, a GUID and a refresh timer. These 4 cells must be stored in global variables. The GUID is submitted to the database after successful login to request the data to display in the subsequent page. The refresh timer is a second count-down that must be implemented in the info-grid (below) and must initiate a reload of the grid data (after which the count-down starts over again). Info Grid: This page, unlike the Info Web and the Login, must stretch to full page width if the user maximises the web page. The page layout is simple, but must comply to certain requirements. The existing page can be accessed from: [login to view URL] The page must have a header bar that remains visible even if the information (number of rows) allows the user to scroll down. The current page does not have a header bar. The floating command buttons on the existing page (view the link above) must be placed on this header bar and must always be visible. These command buttons add an integer value to the SQL Procedure call, submit the call to the database, and reload the page with the new data (HTML) received. The code written should include the dummy SQL Connection (called DBConn) and a dummy SQL Procedure call containing the integer value of each command button. For example when the user presses the {Back a Week} button the SQL Procedure call value for @BackAWeek contains the value (-1). When the user selects {Forward a Week} the @BackAWeek is changed from (-1) to (0) and submitted to the database. The body of the page must display a grid of variable columns and variable rows. At present this table is prepared in SQL and returned when the page loads as HTML Text. The programmer must first demonstrate the page using the existing HTML return, and only then can open discussion on enhancements where the table is rendered client-side. The footer must be appended at the bottom of the data grid, and must expand if the page is maximised. A link will be provided to the successful bidder containing a result-set that extends to 300 rows - these 2 pages will be used to verify the design caters for a small result set, and a large result set. Implementation instructions must be provided to allow me (a competent SQL Developer with server skills) to include the files into the existing Visual Studio 2010 project for the Info Web.
