web based CRM Inventory & factory real time processing reporting system

We require a readymade web based CRM system. Or if you have anything ready show me fast. Also if you can develop it, just give me your Quote with estimated delivery time. We are looking for something like [login to view URL] - the only difference is that it should be written in asp.net with vb.net and ms sql server and is web based only. We are looking for the complete web based CRM software with Inventory & factory real time processing & reporting system. All bidders are required to write a detailed specification based on my post and then if bidder is chosen he needs to develop the tools to the specifications, incorporate the tools into the products with reporting etc and create with administration and users area. Looking for professionals that already have a web based CRM already built and just need to maybe add a few more features on to it or do some changes and can fulfill my requirements. If you don’t have an existing CRM similar to [login to view URL] then please don’t bid as we would like to see some examples before we select the winner. Payments will be 100% through online T.T. and Transferred into 4 separate payments. 25% will be released at start of project after showing me 5-10% working demo of the work , 25% at delivery of second working demo of web based tools, 25% at delivery of third working demo of tools, product packages and website administration and last payment of 25% after delivery of fully finished project and will be released once we have reviewed all code and tested for bugs.
