ASP Survey Script

**MUST be written in ASP** (vbscript) using a MS SQL 2005 database. NO PHP, ASP.NET, etc. This survey application will be integrated in the "my account" section of our website. It will display a single question to the user when they login and the user can either answer or skip the question. You will be given a customer ID to begin with. Based on the customer ID you will then determine which multiple choice question (if any) to ask the customer based on pre-defined rules. The answer, if any, will be stored in a SQL 2005 table (to be created for this project) along with the customer ID and the date the question was answered. **Rules:** Each question should have a timeout date expressed as number of days (i.e. 365 days). Once the customer has answered a specific question, they should not be asked this same question before the timeout date. For example, if a user answers Q12, which has a timeout date of 365 days, on May 6, 2008 then the same customer should never be asked question 12 again until at least May 6, 2009. We must be able to specify question dependencies. For example, we need to be able to say that a customer should never be asked Q9 unless they have already answered Q8 and Q5. We must be able to specify answer dependencies. For example, only ask Q4 if the customer answered B or C to Q2. Again, each session will only ask one question to the user. Whenyou get a customer ID you will find ANY question that applies to that customer within the rules setup. The next time the user logs in, they will get a new question based on the rules. We do not require any fancy user interface design. This is mainly an ASP/SQL project. We will integrate the user interface. We will need an admin screen that allows us to add questions/answers and define/edit the rules for the questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP (vbscript) and MS SQL 2005.
