Create Database/Site Integration

This bid request is for a Mystery Shopping company which requires some one who is knowledgeable and experienced with ASP, and is familiar with MS SQL. A database needs to be built and integrated into our web site. 3 sections are needed for Clients, Members, and Admin login; uniquely user/password protected. (see below) Approx. 25 queries or back end processing (and some site pages) are required to be built. Please note: Web site is created in and uploaded using MS Frontpage. Clients 1) Create user account 2) Edit user account info 3) Review shop results 4) List all shops defined for this client Members 1) Create user account 2) Edit user account info 3) View all shop opportunities (list) 4) View a shop's details 5) Apply for shop 6) List of 'Applied for' shops 7) List of 'Assigned' shops 8) View 'Assigned' shop details 9) Complete/Submit results of 'Assigned' shop 10) View special notes Admin 1) User Administration 2) List all shops 3) Review list of pending (shop) assignments 4) List Shop Applicants (by shop/assignment) 5) Assign Shop 6) List Completed Shops pending review 7) Edit Member Shop Feedback & Approve 8) List Overdue Shops 9) Create/Modify Special Notes 10) View/Modify/Remove Members and/or Clients General 1) Login Page 2) Logoff Site pages still needing to be created are nothing fancy and only need our header/logo and navigation links.
