I need someone to build a form page Details are give below. 1- User fills its details, 2- user Selects the required service and total charges for the the services are shown. 3- Take customer's flight and destination details on the form 4- Selects mode of payment, Credit card, paypal, western Union and moneygram 5- if customer select paypal or credit card they are taken to the payment page respectively. 6- if customer selects western Union or moneygram, where they are asked to enter Payment Reference number of western union or moneygram. 7- After payment customer is taken to a "Thanks for payment" Page. 8- Admin receives Emaill with all the details were entered on the form including WU & moneygram reference number, and customer receives the confirmation email of booking with all the details of them they entered into form.
