Classic ASP HTML Parser

I need someone to write an asp (vbscript) page which will do the following: 1) Allow a user to open the page in a web browser, and enter a url of a remote page in a text input. 2) Display on screen all the links which appear on the remote page, including all the attributes of the <a> tag. The required attributes are href, rel, title & class. The page must NOT use regular expressions to parse the html loaded from the remote server.
