Tanya Duncan
Objective
I am searching for a long term position in the accounting profession. I have worked as a bookkeeper for 30 years. I have taken some time away from the corporate place to do bookkeeping out of my home. I have taken on 3 construction companies and several individual tax returns. The current economy has convinced me to return to the workplace. I am very conscientious about my work and would carry that same standard to any job that I have.
Qualifications
I have worked with Peachtree, SBT, Lacerte, and Quickbooks accounting programs. I am very proficient in 10-key and data entry. I have done books manually and using Excel spreadsheet. The Excel program is not my strongest area but I am in the process of learning more in this area. I have prepared corporate and individual tax returns for several years using online preparation software. I am knowledgeable in all areas of payroll tax preparation and other business tax areas.
