C++ geometrical algorithm

Hi,

I have some task which is based on geometrical algorithms. The job is to write it according to one of the following algorithms:

(if you are familiar with them, than we can talk, if not, don't think youl'll help me)

1. Sweeping plane.

2. Polar sweeping plane

These are geometrical algorithms which can be implemented in my program, in C++ with given time complexity to match.

The actual deadline is this Friday, but I might extend it a little bit.
