Build and implement an App

Pls dont award before discussing. You want to develop a system where companies can promote their products or services offering 'Secial Offers' or 'Discount Coupons'. These offers and coupons will be available to the customers through a free App they install in their mobile devices. Business model will be Subscription plus pay per posting basis. Person who want to post offers first need to register and subscribe. This will be a recurring subscription. After the registration they will get a id/pass using which they can edit their profile and add offers. The profile data will be available to the Free App Users along with the offer they make. A free App will be available for displaying the offers and the profile of the renters posted the offer. You also want user to be able to update their profile and add offers using Mobile App. Our Query: Will there be any QR coded associated with the Offers or Coupons? Do you want to organize the Offers or Coupons in categories? What is the payment gateway will you use? How the 'Renters' will subscribe, add profile and offers - using Web interface or App interface? Will there be different price of an offer to displayed for different period(1/2/3 days)? Do you want two different App for renters and free app users? Do you want the App to be multilingual? Do you need any geolocation specific display of the offer?

Hi, nice to meet you I have read your description carefully I am interested on your project, because I have done similar work in the past. I think this project needs two side apps or two parts(maybe one is app, the other is other devices). The first app is for renters, So renters will get his own landing page from admin, renters must pay per month and so, From that time, they will post their rent info(text, video, images and so on) , I think renters must contact admin to update their landing pages. after contacting they can update landing page, It is my thought about your project, Then customers will download app for customers, the app will show each renter's info, That's all, It is only opinion, is it right?
