Correct bugs and submit an existing Iphone/Andoid app to Google and Apple

We need help with an iPhone and Android app that was created with PhoneGap. The client reported a list of things that needs to be repaired on both applications but the programmer that made the app is not available anymore. When the client opens a link to view the website of a ressource they can't come back. Theres a few places we need to rephrase The application is suppose to work offline but for some reason it's not working. We had problems with iTune regarding the storage rules so we might need to look into that so the database is stored on the phone with out having it backuped on iCloud. The categorie list icones are not resized equaly depending of the resolution of the phone screen. The GPS calculation does not seem to be very accurate ... on iphone and anroid theres a 2 or 3 KM diffrence for the same location. We need to display on both apps (andoid and iphone) somme missing informations. They are already in the DB, they just need to be displayed in the profile of the companies. We also need to check how we can optimise the app load time or at least block the phone screen-saver while it loads. We're looking for somebody that has a Mac, knows how both android and iphone works, has already submited applications before, knows his way arround jquery and html5 applications.
