Cross Platform (iPhone, iPad, Android) Community based fan app

This is an exciting project for an experience cross platform mobile developer. The gist of the app is that it's for fans to keep in touch and discuss topics thus creating a community they will want to keep coming back to. All graphics and design will be provided, your job will be to program, test, provide test installs and launch into the stores. Some of the features of the app include news feeds, we have a website (wordpress) so we want our news and blog to appear in the app. You should be confident pulling news feeds and their associated image into mobile apps. Similarly, we need our tweets from Twitter to be displayed in the app. You should be confident at using the Twitter framework and be capable of customising the tweets so they appear native on the app. The community aspect comes in the form of a 'Fan Wall' - This is the big part of the app. Users should be able to login with Twitter/Facebook, select a category from the wall and post a comment or comment on someone else's comment. Their comment should appear in the category they selected, their profile picture from Twitter/Facebook should appear next to their comment. Community profile - Everyone who hooks up their Twitter/Facebook should get a profile, the profile is accessible when you click on the profile pic next to their comment. The profile should contain their profile pic, their associated Twitter/Facebook, and a history of their activity (every comment they leave they get points and the aim is to be the top fan). An online database will need to be created to store all user details and comments, so you should be proficient with databases and implementing them into mobile apps. I should be able to log into database and update categories on the fan wall. iAds will need to be implemented on the iPhone/iPad apps. Google Ads will have to be implemented on the Android apps. There is one section where an image will need to be displayed from a url link and click through to another link. Other tabs will just open our website with the app. As I said, this is an exciting project to get involved with. I'm looking for someone to read through the project described and come back to me with a solution, potential stumbling blocks, a time frame and some costings.
