The following is what another engineer wrote me to post here, and he says it will take 2-3 hours to complete this task for an arduino expert.

My sleep schedule is very unstable and I want to invent a machine to record when I go to bed.
The machine will detect pressure and ultrasound to detect when I go to bed, using a circuit in which we have to use pressure sensor and ultrasonic sensor connected to Arduino Uno r3.
Is there is any expert who can design whole circuit and on my android phone develop an application which is some sort of time calculation which will connect to Arduino using wifi.
I have following parts available
• Ultrasonic sensor SR-04(optional to check whether person is sitting or laying)
