We need an auction site created for us. The ‘Bidding Platform’ application is designed to be able to receive live bids as well as pre-set bids from users. Since the nature of live bids exist, each platform must communicate seamlessly while connected to the same users account. Please see the attached document for more information. 1. Platforms that we want to launch on are: Website, ios, and android 2. Type of information user will have to provide in order to make account: • First name and last name • Phone number • Email address • Username • Account password • Credit card info if want to place a bid. • Social accounts such as Facebook, twitter, google+ can be used to log in. • There will need to be email and/or phone confirmation. 3. We currently have name and slogan complete. Our logo requires touch up while branding images and style guide are still being developed. 4. A short list of main features that we require. • Facebook, twitter, G+ login • Email and/or phone Verification • SMS/push notification (to notify if out bid, bid ending, winning bid, offer winner final offer) • Live bids • Auto bid and max bids • Watch list and Favorites • Credit card transactions • Purchase history • Timer notification (customizable) • Place # of bids on item • History of bids by username and time with user name a “x”ed example Username : JackR01 (J***R*1) (Per Item) Must sign NDA form and be willing to have Skype calls between 3 pm est to 9:45 pm est Please see Work Post for more information

Hello, Website will have 3 type of users Seller, Buyer, Admin Buyer can register as free and post project they want to get complete, Post any projects they want to get done. To highlight any posting as featured/Premium they need to buy the membership plan and the cost will depend to credit he/she bought as posting like say if Buyer posted a requirement and want to make it featured or premium to highlight requirements to home page of website as per their subscribed plan the number of posting remaining will be deducted. Seller can register as Free or paid member and can bid on the project/requirements and after accepting the term of award they can raise the payment to get complete the work. Upon job acceptance both buyers and sellers can see other's contact details. And after successfully completing the job they can leave feedback for each other which will be published. Admin/Backend system of the website will take care the REPORT Management and Warning system. There have some predefined criteria to issue warning and if user found to disregard that criteria a warning will be issued and after three warnings system will suspend the account. Also admin would be able to manage Seller, Buyer Records, Reports, Membership Plans etc. PAYMENT INTEGRATION: We recommend Adaptive PayPal payment gateway integration so the admin/website owner will get their predefined % over specified job and Seller get paid with respect to work they did.
