What I need the software to do: -> Automatically login to google account (gmail account) -> (Download and) Rate certain apps that I specify -> Repeat this process for 100 different gmail accounts (which I own) I guess this requires to emulate the login, the download and the rating of those apps. The software you create can be written in any language which you prefer, what counts for me is that it works. I want to apply this system / software to many of my apps, that´s why I am NOT LOOKING to BUY ratings!! Project budget is 500 USD. Looking forward to your bids.

Hello, I can do this software for windows using Java an selenium webdriver to automate the process(I already have experience with it), But I think you already know that your (100)gmail acounts must have added an android device(is not possible to donwload ,rate and leave a mesage without added device). Write to me to discuss the details.(I don't go out of budget) This software to work does not require android emulator(it is more convenient) just require E-mails with added device and I ca do it for 400$.
