REPOSTING THIS TO BE VERY CLEAR ON WHO TO BID----
I am looking for an exciting, knowledgeable freelancer who can stay under budget to help develop an app along with a compatible website. As mentioned the app will be a learning app so i will be developing a lot of curriculum materials in 3 methods: flashcards, video (maybe youtube link), and quiz game. I would like the following from the developer:
1) develop will design app to run on both IOS and Android and ensure all functionalities are API based for creating the website
2) app is designed in such a way that i can easily add new sets of flash cards/video/game applets to the app using a template provided by the freelancer
3)App will contain unlocked and locked applets
4)App will have the capacity to allow users to log-in or sign-up to access the locked applets
5) app will allow user to make payment from website when signing up
6)Freelance will use REST/API of the app for the website or design the website and use same logic for the app
7) I would prefer the use of AWS and MYSQL for the whole work.
Please note that my budget for this work is limited to $500.
