Next to create a OS I need to engage at least 15 employees from my R&D department along with e a parallel development team consisting of 3-4 experienced developers. This will cost to my company in huge level. So I cannot make bid like other robots here who unknowingly made bid within your specified budget. You have every right to mention your budget at any level and even at 30-50$. But the bidders should understand what they are going to do. You will see the same persons are bidding in 50$ as they are habituated to put their amount within range to satisfy you. I understood that this was a trick (may be) to filter the real companies or freelancer (though this is not a job of a freelancer). I want to show our security strategies.
