Create visuals for online course / podcast

I have an online course I am creating for [login to view URL] . I need someone to create good looking visuals and basic animations for my course. The course is primarily audio based so the visuals are not as important. The recordings are almost podcast style. I talk about a topic and OCCASIONALLY need to have a graphic appear or have a 1-2-3 list appear to help the listener follow along. Most of the time the listener will just be looking at a static screen similar to this: [login to view URL] ^ Example of a static screen that I would like to emulate. Currently there is about 6 hours of audio. I will give you notes for each lecture with markers as to where I will need a graphic or screenshot to appear. You can use after effects or camtasia or whatever you are most comfortable with. I'm looking for simple but good looking. If this works out, I will have 2 more courses every month that I will assign to you.
