Aluminium Sliding Security Door Animation

Create an animation showing an assembly of a Aluminium Sliding Security Door. Main components include an Aluminium Frame and Mesh inner screen. Construction equipment will include a circular saw, mallet and electric drills. These can be modelled or sourced (from turbo squid or similar site) 2D profiles of the frame will be provided in DXF format. The 3D model of the actual aluminium door will need to be created. Sample animation showing the same construction method will be provides. Some section views assembly processes will be required. There is no background imagery to be illustrated. The animation will appear on a white background. The animation should be near photorealistic. The materials include powdercoated aluminium, mesh and some timber components. There are 11 different stages to the assembly process ranging from cutting of the aluminum extrusions to assembly of the frame to insertion of the mesh. Total animation length 6mins.
