Create Intro and Outro for corporate videos

We need to an Intro and Outro for our brand videos to be created.
Our designers have already created the kind of Intro and Outro style for our videos we'd like to have for our corporate videos (Please refer to the GIFs attached).
We need someone to create the videos in After Effects (or similar/or whatever that works) based on the attached GIFs.
These Intro and Outro videos are supposed to be quick & sharp (just a few seconds of playtime), and should have royalty-free/license-free (CCO) soundtrack (not an elaborate music piece, but can be something like the ones used in Netflix and TED videos intros).
