I need an artist for effect sprite sheet( like Fireball or Lightning Strike , etc...)

I need someone to do Spell Effect for my 2D game, something like in the attachment I will provide the description of each Spell Effect. Some Information about the Spell Effects: 1- Each animation has 3-5 frames. 2-Follows the style of the animations in the attachment. Questions: 1-Did you make any 2D Animations before? 2-Do you have any Spell Effects Animations that match our style? If yes then link it please. 3-How much should we pay you per frame/animation? [NOTE 1: Answering all questions is required ] [NOTE 2: I do not want you to animate the examples, its only to show you the style]
