Check and pickup a CPU processor from Orange County

I need someone in Orange Country California to go to a person's house, and pickup a product and then ship it to me.

You will need to pay cash to that person, plus pay shipping off your pocket, I will prepay the milestone here and release it after, the product arrives in the US warehouse.

This product is a processor that I am buying off of Craiglist, the guy only deals in cash and has no paypal. Plus I need you to check the processor by plugging it into a system (which he'll provide as he's a dealer) and just see if the processor is working properly or not.

Minimum level of BIOS navigation, Boot configuration expertise required. You MUST check if the CPU is stable at 4.1 ghz.

IF the processor is faulty I will pay you just for the gas expense / travel expense + 10 USD as service charge.

IF the processor is good/working you will ship it to my US warehouse and I will release the processor's price (which is $80) + Shipping + your service charge.

My budget is something between 10 and 50 bucks nothing more, will pick the cheapest bidder with the most feedbacks (in any field on freelancer)
