Apply Functional Update to Real Estate Search Application

Requirements: Part I: The current application executes search queries incorrectly based on a combination of LstFormType and AltLstFormType. Both LstFormType and AltLstFormType have been depreciated and can no longer be used in search queries. The originating form post PropertyType?? now needs to translate/correspond to a field in the “Listings?? table of the database called “UnisversalPropertyType??. Part II: In the “Customer Setup Tab?? inside of the client site admin area; you will need to hardcode the possible UniversalPropertyType values (we no longer need to specify them since every client site search will have the same 8 possibilities for UniversalPropertyType. The only thing that the admin should be required to specify is the “Default?? UniversalPropertyType (one of eight hard values). This should be depicted as a text label that says which option is active and a dropdown with 8 options tied to a save button. Once saved it updates the active default value as well as changes the text label to show the new active value. Coder will be granted access to the code, database, Visual Source Safe, and Visual Studio through accessing the server via VPN and Remote Desktop.
