C++/SOUP API expert

The project is for a C++ programmer with either BetFair experience or understanding of BetFair API and able to work on an existing program. BetFair provides numerous data feed through Soap API. This project is to add a couple of data fields to an existing and well operating software. In the next phase of the project, would be more additions to this program, as well as, a few new program to be written, like this original. In the next 2-3 months, would be a half a dozen of small request that I’ll be posting on this project, yet after that in the near future a bigger project is shaping out. I'm only looking for coders who are comfortable working on an ongoing basis, regardless of job size. All deadlines and costing will be discussed well in advance and for to suite either parties!!! After first round of selection, I’ll send the code to chosen few coders to provide a final quote. This first mod I need at the moment, expect to be rather low cost, as the previous few, yet deciding factor not the cost that you will be quoting, rather the skills and ongoing commitment that I am valuing the most! Just briefly, software currently pulling data from Betfair for a selected race and creates a text output, which is updated in every pre-selected time frame. I.E. in the setting one can set update for every 20 second, hence an updated new text file will be written in every 20 second. All needed code and data work well at present, only would like to add an extra column to the output file, which would be the difference between column 4 at the previous update and now. This project is almost an exercise only for someone to get used to the code and for us to see if you are able to work with it.
