color concentrates

I'm trying to make liquid concentrated colorant base for nail polish. I'm unable to find dyes/pigments that would work in these base. I usually purchase these bases [login to view URL] but these bases are limited in colors. The ingredients to these bases are INGREDIENTS: Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Adipic Acid/Neopentyl Glycol/Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Stearalkonium Bentonite, Acrylates Copolymer, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Benzophenone-1, Silica, Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate and the following colors. A-Violet Colors: D&C Violet #2 Alizoral Purple. B-Berry Colors: D&C Red #6 Barium Lake, FD&C Yellow #5 Aluminum Lake, Titanium Dioxide. C-Candy Colors: D&C Red #7 Calcium Lake. D-Russet Colors: Red Iron Oxide. E-Energy Colors: D&C Red #6 Barium Lake. F-Fruity Colors: FD&C Yellow #5 Aluminum Lake, D&C Red #6 Barium Lake. G-Ebony Colors: Black Iron Oxide. H-Hot Colors: D&C Red #6 Barium Lake, FD&C Yellow #5 Aluminum Lake. I-Sunny Colors: FD&C Yellow #5 Aluminum Lake. J-Blue Colors: Ferric Ammonium Ferrocyanide. K-Ivory Colors: Titanium Dioxide. L-Love Colors: D&C Red #7 Calcium Lake. M-Maroon Colors: D&C Red #34 Calcium Lake. N-Wine Colors: D&C Red #34 / D&C Red #6 Blend. O-Brownie Colors: Red Iron Oxide, Black Iron Oxide Blend. P-Platinum Colors: Bismuth Oxychloride. Q-Silver Colors: Aluminum Powder. I need more colors to make nail polishes. your job is to find color concentrates and help me with a formula to make a liquid base to use in nail polish.
